Giemsa Stain Protocol
May Grunwald - Giemsa or Wright - Giemsa combination used in the form. Giemsa stain used to stain tissue, microbiology more invasive eukaryotes cells (nucleus and organelles which noise and so on. ➤Preparat 10 drops "A- May-Grünwald solution" with the veil. After 3 minutes, proceed to the next step of the bulk reagent.
